The KNH School of Nursing was established in 1996 and has cut a niche in specialized training for healthcare workers. The School offers Post Basic Specialized Nursing courses and other short courses for health care workers.
Currently, the school receives students from the East and Central Africa region. All Specialized nursing courses offered in the School are approved by the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK). Approximately 250 students graduate from the school each year.
Graduates from KNH School of Nursing have made an impact in several institutions in Kenya, the East and Central African region and beyond. Our students are trained in well-equipped specialized units where they gain a wealth of knowledge and skills to become competent in their area of specialty. The school has a vibrant faculty of highly qualified lecturers with vast experience in the specialty areas of the programs offered.
